Weekly Vacation Package:

Full Week (7 days) $500 – $1,500
(Holidays & Festivals book early – call for pricing & availability)

Calendar is not posted on-line because it changes quickly & we can serve you best if you call.

7 person capacity. The Property Manager does check on the cottage to make sure that the home does not have more than 7. We discourage large gatherings in the home of more than the 7 on the lease. If you need a location to host larger group gatherings we ask that you seek another property. The 7 person limit has been established to ensure the safety of the property. If you put more than 7 into this home you risk voiding the lease agreement.

Per Night Rates:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: $120 – $180 per night

Friday, Saturday & Sunday: $150 – $200 per night

Apple Tree Cottage can be rented daily with packages. Many of our guests prefer more than a 7 night stay. This allows you to design a vacation that fits your personal needs. (3 night minimum requirement for daily rentals.)

Animal Package:

Dog/Cat: Add a one-time $50 fee per animal with your vacation package. Animal should be house trained and healthy, with current vaccinations. Guests are expected to remove animal waste in the yard.

  • Any 7 night stay that includes July 4th: $1,500
  • July 5th – August 12th: $1,200
  • Any 7 night stay that includes Homecoming (August 12th – 14th): $1,200
  • August 15th – 22nd:$900
  • August 22nd – 31st: $600
  • Any 7 night stay that includes Labor Day: $700
  • Labor Day Weekend: $426
  • September 1st – October 31st: $500

Daily Rates:

This property also rents daily. If you'd like to extend your stay you can also add additional dates at the below added pricing. Or you can rent by the day for shorter vacations.

  • June 1st – 25th: $100
  • June 26th – 30th: $128
  • July 1st – August 14th: $171
  • August 15th – September 6th: $128
  • September 7th – December 31st: $100

Monthly Rates:

This property also rents monthly with an open month-to-month lease at $550 per month with a $250 damage security deposit. Animals are welcome at an additional fee. (Ask for details when you call. This monthly rate is for off-season rental ranging from September into May. The season fills with vacation renters, not allowing monthly rental for most of May through September.)

Other Details: Our prices are set by labor and operating expenses, materials and supplies. We are a Michigan Limited Liability Company so we must collect a 6% use tax to be added at contract. Reservation requires 50% down & remaining due THIRTY (30) days prior to your scheduled date. Management reserves the right to adjust the required security deposit as necessary. A renter must submit a written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to your lodging date, to receive full refund. Responsible pet owners welcome. (See rates) Items provided with rental may vary based on damage or loss from previous guests. We do our best to provide all items indicated above. NO smoking is allowed in doors. If you smoke in doors, your entire deposit is retained. Call to confirm rates for specific dates. These rates are for groups of seven or smaller for current year only. Deposit can be retained if additional cleaning is required after your departure. No outside lodging allowed in tents or RV’s. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed for parking overnight unless approved by owner. Lodging arrangements must be made by email or postal services. Unlike hotels, staff is not on site so all arrangements are made in advance but cleaning staff arrives promptly at your check-out time. If you remain past check-out your deposit may be retained. It causes extreme issues with in coming guests. (early check-in or late check-out can be provided, when possible, with management approval) See rental contract for all details.
